"I’ve been a regular customer for months now, and I honestly love their drinks. Even when the waiting time is a bit long, it’s clearly because they’re busy and for good reason. The drinks are consistently amazing and totally worth the wait. The staff have always been friendly and welcoming, especially Chris, who is always so nice. Highly recommend this place!"

"I love HeyTea, they always have the most natural tasting fruity drinks and milk boba - My favourites are definitely the black / bobo milk tea and their purple grape boom. They also had a pink guava drink that was limited edition, it was very delicious, I would have it again I also prefer ordering with less bits and less ice, and most of the time the staff are very accommodating to my requests This particular branch is a bit hit or miss though, sometimes the grape pieces taste a bit more sour than normal - On top of all that, the 3 times I came here recently they ran out of black tea completely so I couldn't even order their signature milk tea here since weeks. The queue times here are quite long, the majority of the staff are very nice but there's 2 particular members of staff that are rude here. There's also no seating, it's a very small and cramped branch. Despite the flaws I'm still giving it 4-5 stars because the taste of the tea itself is legendary 99% of the time"

"This is by far the best bubble tea I’ve ever tried and healthierrrrr. My favourite is the brown sugar milk. I tried different flavours as well and it never dissapoint, my second choice is the mango one. Reasonable price, always busy but very efficient so the waiting is not that long and you can also order thru app in advance, we never miss heytea everytime we visit London!"
